My dashboard is FULL of posts about peoples weight. Why?
I decided I should weigh myself throughout the day to show just how silly gaging all your success based on the scale can be. If what the scale said directly correlated to how I felt about my body I would be on a constant emotional roller coaster. (It’s also good to know I weighed the most after a workout)
Girls please stop, stop judging your self worth off a number.

I haven’t weighted myself in over a year. I couldn’t care less what the number on a scale says.
January 2012 vs January 2013! I’ve slacked super hard these last few months and feel gross about it but to see even though I’ve done that what a difference a year makes is insane! :) You don’t have to go crazy with a diet and exarcise to lose weight, it can be gradual. This is about a 25 pound difference in a whole year.
People quit too early. You need to be patient and persistent. Don’t be so hard on yourself. You can do it !
